Piano: Zhao Yinyin
Zhao Yinyin is a world-class pianist, exclusive Steinway artist, and a leading figure of Chinese pianist born in the 1970s.
•    Graduating from The Juilliard School under the tutelage of piano master and educator Martin Cannin, where he received a Bachelor and a Master Degree;
•    Gold Medalist and prize recipient of more than 40 international piano competitions, receiving worldwide attention from classical music critics;
•    Being invited to join the World Chinese Elite, as its only pianist;
•    Gave a solo recital at Carnegie Hall which is known as one of the most prestigious venues in the world;
•    Praised by eminent musician Sir Yehudi Menuhin as “a talented pianist, an extraordinary musician, and true artist”;
•    The solo albums - Moment Joyful released in 2016 and Moment Joyful II in 2018, respectively ranked the top of the sales of classical music records on Starsing Music in 2017 and 2018.
 

Clarinet: Robert Oberaigner
Born in Hall in Tirol, Austria, Oberaigner studied at the Tiroler Landeskonservatorium under Max Bauer, then at the Wiener Musikhochschule under Vienna Philharmonic clarinettists Horst Hajek and Johann Hindler; He completed his studies at the Musikhochschule Lübeck under Sabine Meyer. At 17, he was already deputising in concerts with the Vienna Philharmonic and the Vienna State Opera orchestra. Among other prizes he is a prizewinner of the ‘Musica Juventutis’ foundation at the Wiener Konzerthaus, performing there as a soloist for the first time at just 19.

In 2003 he took up the post of principal clarinet at the historic Gürzenich Orchester Köln, with whom he also performed frequently as a soloist. He is in demand as a guest at the Berlin Philharmonic, the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Vienna State Opera, the Bavarian State Orchestra and the Super World Orchestra in Japan
 
In 2014 he was appointed principal clarinet at the Staatskapelle Dresden under their chief conductor, Christian Thielemann. As a chamber musician, Robert Oberaigner has appeared at the Wiener Musikverein, the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, the Salzburg Mozarteum and of course the Köln Philharmonie, where he has performed with musicians such as Leonidas Kavakos, Nils Mönkemeyer and Christian Gerhaher. He is also a regular guest at festivals such as the BBC Proms, the Lucerne Festival, the Salzburg Festival and the Mostly Mozart Festival in New York.
 
In addition to his commitments on the modern clarinet, Robert Oberaigner is deeply involved in historically-informed performance practice, having studied this in The Hague under Eric Hoprich. He plays in early music ensembles such as Les Musiciens du Louvre and Cappella Coloniensis, and gives masterclasses in early clarinet in Milan, Peking and Bruneck (South Tirol).
 

Cello: Norbert Anger
Norbert Anger is considered one of the most notable performers in his field and has appeared as a soloist with major ensembles such as the Orchester de Paris, the Moscow State Symphony Orchestra, the Staatskapelle Dresden, the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra and the Beethoven Orchestra Bonn. He was a guest of renowned international concert halls and theaters such as the Comédie des Champs-Elysées, Salle Gaveau, Salle Pleyel, the Philharmonic Orchestra of Moscow and the Semperoper Dresden, and collaborated with conductors such as Christian Thielemann, Vladimir Spivakov, John Storgards and Andrea Marcon.
 
Norbert Anger began his education at the Saxon Special School for Music Carl-Maria-von Weber as a pupil of Christoph Schulze and attracted attention in early years as a winner of international cello competitions such as Vibrarte in Paris and Domenico Gabrielli in Berlin. He completed his studies in the class of Prof. WE Schmidt at the University of the Arts Berlin and received important impulses from David Geringas, Heinrich Schiff and Sir Colin Davis. He impressed as the winner of the Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow, the Concours Rostropovich in Paris, the Paulo Competition in Helsinki and the German Music Competition.
 
He devotes himself to chamber music with partners such as Hartmut Rohde,Honda Rosenberg,Wolfgang Emanuel Schmid and David Geringas and is a guest of international festivals such as the Salzburg Easter Festival, the Schleswig-Holstein Festival, Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and the Ludwigsburger Schlossfestspiele.
 
In the year 2012 his debut CD was released by the German label Genuin Classics with works by Beethoven, Brahms, Schumann and Debussy. The CD was highly praised.  Furthermore, numerous recordings were made for the Bavarian Radio, Hessischer Rundfunk, SWR, WDR and NDR as well as Deutschland Radio Culture.
 
Since 2013, Norbert Anger has held the prestigious position of the first concertmaster of the cellos of the Saxon Staatskapelle Dresden. Since 2015 he is also principal cellist of the Bayreuth Festival Orchestra.
 

Viola: Holger Grohs
Holger Grohs was born in Erlangen in 1972 and received his first violin lesson at the age of six. He studied with Walter Forchert at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Frankfurt am Main (the College of Music and Performing Arts Frankfurt am Main) and later studied under the tutelage of Herwig Zack at the Hochschule für Musik Würzburg (the University of Music Würzburg), where he received his master degree. Franco Gulli, whom Holger Grohs studied with for two years at the Indiana University Bloomington (USA), had a significant influence on Holger Grohs’ artistic development. He received further inspiration from a number of masterclasses and music festivals, such as the masterclass at Chigiana Musical Academy in Siena and the Pacific Music Festival in Sapporo. He was also the recipient of the "Carl Flesch Academy" masterclass scholarship. Since 2001 Holger Grohs has been a member of the Staatskapelle Dresden. In December 2015, he was appointed as the 2nd violin of the Staatskapelle Dresden.
 

1st Violin: Federico Kasik
Born in Bad Nauheim, Federico Kasik received his first violin lesson at the age of six. Since 1994 he had studied violin with Professor Igor Pylatjuk in Lviv (Ukraine). In 2002, he graduated with distinction from a music high school in Lviv and then entered Staatsakademie für Musik in Lemberg in the same year. After the graduation from Staatsakademie für Musik in 2007, Federico Kasik moved to Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber Dresden and furthered his education under the tutelage of Professor Ivan Ženáty. During his study, Kasik received a scholarship awarded by the Ministry for Science and Art of Saxony.
 
Since 2000 he has performed as a soloist in Germany, Poland, Austria, Ukraine and Switzerland. The orchestras he has worked with include Lviv National Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra, Donetsk Philharmonic Orchestra, The National Philharmonic of Ukraine (Academic Symphony Orchestra of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine). Federico Kasik is the laureate of the Mykola Lysenko International Music Competition 2002 and the Carl Flesch International Violine Competition 2003. Since 2011, Federico Kasik has held the position of Assistant 1st Concertmaster of the Staatskapelle Dresden.
 

2nd Violin: Michael Schmid
Michael Schmid was born in the southern part of Germany in 1989 and started studying violin at the age of five. Four years later, he passed an entrance examination of a national education program for musically gifted teenagers and subsequently began studying violin with Prof. Conrad von der Goltz. After graduating from high school, Michael Schmid continued to study violin at the Universität Mozarteum Salzburg and the Music Universities Munich and Vienna, under the tutelage of Prof. Harald Herzl, Prof. Ingolf Turban, and Prof. Christian Altenburger. Schmid has had further artistic influences on masterclasses with soloists such as Leonidas Kavakos and Christian Tetzlaff and on chamber music with the members of Hagen Quartet.
 
Michael Schmid has won awards in a variety of national and international music competitions, including Johannes Brahms International Competition in Portschach Austria. He has performed at venues such as Concertgebouw, Concert Noble, and Musikverein for solo recital and chamber music playing. He has also been invited to appear at music festivals, for example, the Kronberg Academy Festival and the International Chamber Music Festival Schiermonnikoog. Michael Schmid had been a temporary performer of the Wiener Philharmoniker and the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra since 2014 until he became a member of the Staatskapelle Dresden in 2017.
