How to buy tickets

☆ At the Box Office of SZCH (2016, Fuzhong 1st Road, Futian District, Shenzhen, Business hours:9:00-18：30, daily)

☆ The Box Office is located at the southern entrance on the first floor. Cash, major credit cards, debit cards of the China Bank Union, and cheque are accepted.

☆ All ticket sales are final. No refunds can be made on ticket purchases. In case of a cancellation of the performance by program organizer, the refund will be issued by presenting your tickets. Please confirm all important information about the program prior to the purchase.

☆ Children above 1.2m or more than 6 years old are admitted.

    Children's concert: Children more than 2 years old are admitted.

Please carefully consider whether the performance is appropriate for your children before planning to buy tickets.

☆ Ticket checking starts 30 minutes before the performance. The ticket QR code refreshes in real time, the printed and the screenshot will not be accepted for entry. Please open the "Shenzhen Concert Hall" WeChat mini-program in advance, and click “Tickets” to present your ticket QR code. Latecomers are required to follow the staff's arrangements for admission, thank you for your cooperation.
