2.Please carefully check whether the age of the audience meets the entry requirements for this performance, tickets sold cannot be exchanged or money refunded. Tickets are not personalized, please keep them safe, as lost tickets cannot be replaced.
3.Ticket checking starts 30 minutes before the performance. The ticket QR code refreshes in real time, the printed and the screenshot will not be accepted for entry. Please open the "Shenzhen Concert Hall Mini Box Office" WeChat mini-program in advance, and click "Tickets" to present your ticket QR code.
4.Latecomers and audience members who leave the auditorium during the performance will be admitted only when directed by Front of House staff, in order to minimise disruption to the performance. Please allow sufficient time to arrive at the concert hall and be seated before the performance begins.
5.Photography, video recording, and audio recording of any kind are strictly prohibited throughout the entire performance, including the artist’s entrance, curtain call, and any encore(s). Please respect the artist, protect intellectual property, and help ensure the smooth running of the performance.
