Xue Tingzhe (Used Name:Xue Xiaoqiu)

Xue Tingzhe is a pianist and composer. He signed with Universal Music China. Born in Nanjing in August 1989, exhibiting his exceptional talent for music, he began to learn to play the piano at age 5. In 2006, he won the top prize for the 11th Missouri Southern International Piano Competition in the U.S.
In 2010, he signed with Universal Music China, making him the youngest classical pianist under Universal Music. At the same year, he has released his first piano performance album “The Magic Finger”, which has been met with a resounding success in China and become the platinum record. He was honored with the title of "Best Piano Performance Album of the Year".
In 2011, he has released his own first neo-classical music original album “Silent Music”, which has rated as the "Best Classical Music Album of the Year" by the Musician’s Association. Due to the immense popularity of the song Broken Rondo at the 23rd Taiwan Golden Melody Awards, Xue Tingzhe was nominated as the "Best Composer" and thus become the youngest nominee for this award.
