As a part of The 70th Anniversary of the Founding of The People’s Republic of China Performance Series, the performance features the theme of “Tribute to the Motherland”. The performance is performed by the Longgang Teachers’ Philharmonic Wind Orchestra, with Yuanquan Huang as conductor, and with Songjing Shu, Juan Chen and Zhangpeng Chen as vocal soloists. Program includes such musical works as Ode to the Red Flag, China My Love, and Defend the Yellow River amongst other.
